Order Cancellation
For Standard (Ready-to-Ship) Products
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it hasn’t been shipped yet.

If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may request a return after receiving the product (see return policy below).
For Customized Orders:
Orders for custom-made, engraved, or personalized jewelry cannot be canceled once processing has started.
If you wish to cancel a custom order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. We will try our best to accommodate your request if work has not begun.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
If your payment was made via UPI or card, the amount will be credited back to the same account.
Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Custom-designed jewelry
Personalized or engraved items
Items purchased during clearance or flash sales (unless damaged)
Damaged or Wrong Product Received
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
Inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
Provide unboxing photos/videos and clear pictures of the item.
After verification, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund.
