To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Include original packaging, tags, and invoice
  • Not show signs of damage, alteration, or wear
  • Be returned securely packed to avoid transit damage

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-designed bridal sets or personalized jewelry
  • Made-to-order pieces
  • Wholesale orders
  • Items purchased during special clearance or final sale
  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery

These items are carefully crafted specifically for customers and cannot be restocked.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.
  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  3. Our team will share return instructions and the return address.
  4. Ship the product back securely packaged.
  5. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account (depending on your bank or payment provider).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
  • We will arrange a replacement or resolution at no additional cost.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace an item, please return the eligible product and place a new order.
